Natalia and Trinity Shine

Sparkling jeans, silver heels and a glittering dog-shaped handbag: Natalia Bryant and Trinity Rodman brought plenty of personality to the Victoria’s Secret runway. But the most appealing part of their appearance was watching two accomplished young women embrace a new challenge.

Both made their Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show debuts in Los Angeles on Sunday, Oct. 18, stepping into the globally streamed event’s PINK segment with careers already taking shape on their own terms.

Natalia, 23, paired gemstone-studded jeans with a black bra bearing leopard-print lettering, a bright pink shrug and heart-shaped earrings. A mirrorball handbag completed an outfit that certainly understood the assignment: bring a little joy, then add more sparkle.

Backstage, she told Page Six Style she was “seriously so over the moon” about joining the show. For someone who had watched it growing up, the invitation turned a familiar television spectacle into a personal milestone.

The eldest daughter of Kobe and Vanessa Bryant has steadily built her modeling résumé, with a Versace runway debut and work for other major fashion brands.

Her father’s place in her life remains deeply personal. At a 2023 Hollywood ceremony honoring Kobe, Natalia called him “the best girl dad any young woman could dream of.” Those words offer a more meaningful connection than any famous surname: a daughter remembering the father behind the basketball legend while continuing to build her own future.

Trinity, 24, arrived with an especially busy weekend behind her. On Saturday, her Washington Spirit team defeated Gotham FC 1–0. On Sunday, she swapped soccer boots for runway heels, wearing a black camisole and shorts with a silvery dog-shaped accessory. Apparently, one stage per weekend was insufficient.

A 2024 Olympic gold medalist and 2021 NWSL champion, Trinity signed a three-year Spirit contract in January keeping her with Washington through 2028. Her sporting credentials already spoke loudly before fashion handed her another microphone.

Her family story deserves its own respectful telling. Although her father is NBA great Dennis Rodman, Trinity has publicly described their estrangement and identified her mother, Michelle Moyer, as the parent who raised her. Celebrating her means recognizing that journey, too.

Together, Natalia and Trinity offered something easy to cheer: two young women allowing themselves room to grow, experiment and enjoy the moment. The clothes sparkled. Their achievements gave the evening its substance.
