Kevin on his 11th birthday. His parents had known for a long time that their son had an exceptional talent.
JTFMax:
This makes him one of the most intelligent one percent of humanity.
Edinburgh – Most parents think their children are geniuses – Eddie Sweeney, 40, from Great Britain, has every reason to be: his son Kevin is 11 years old and has an IQ of 162, which even beats Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking!
With an IQ of 162, Kevin has reached the upper limit of what can be measured, so to speak. From 130, you are considered brilliant.
Kevin was the only child to take an IQ test in Edinburgh. His result: maximum points.
Now it's clear: Kevin belongs to the smartest one percent of humanity!
Kevin Sweeney is autistic, knew the entire periodic table by heart in just a week by age six, and was able to read before he started elementary school, reports the Daily Mail.
Convinced of the offspring's genius, the parents were nevertheless concerned that their son might be intimidated by being the only child among adults before the test. But he was wholly unimpressed and just talked to everyone...
"Hello, I'm Kevin!"
After the test, his parents told the newspaper they always knew Kevin was a genius. Now they have it in black and white: their son's intelligence quotient trumps two of the most ingenious minds of mankind. Physics genius Stephen Hawking had an IQ of 160; Albert Einstein's IQ was never measured in this form - but he was also given a value of 160.
Following his sensational performance on the Edinburgh test, Kevin has now been invited to join Mensa - a club for people with an IQ higher than 98 percent of the population. According to Mensa, this corresponds to a value of 130 or more in the intelligence tests commonly used in Germany. The club of the super-smart has more than 145,000 members worldwide.

Dad Eddie also shared how much the boy loves game shows. With “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?”, for example, he would always give the answers before the four options were even mentioned on television. Incidentally, Kevin received the news of his test result at home in the garden. "It meant a lot more to him than we imagined," said the father of four.
His wish for his genius son: "We hope this will significantly encourage him. Life has its challenges for Kevin, and we really want to help maximize his potential and give him every chance in life.
