Now that's what you call a miserable loser ...
Bay St. Louis (USA) - Actually, the men just wanted to play a quiet round of golf. But a few hours later, the face of one had turned into a disfigured grimace, and another was on the run.
Because Mark Wells (51), the loser of the golf game, bit off his superior opponent's nose out of anger!
When the golfers left the green on Monday evening, they were already arguing loudly, according to the police department in charge. Arriving at the parking lot of the facility, the argument escalated.
Wells rammed his teeth into his opponent's nose, ripping out a large chunk. He then ran to his Tesla and fled the scene. It was not until two days later that the 51-year-old turned himself in.
Now the nose-biter has to face a court hearing: He has been charged with aggravated assault and could face up to seven years in prison if convicted.
Wells was taken to the Hancock County jail (US state of Mississippi) after he turned himself in on Wednesday morning. He has since been released on $5,000 bail.
