What a moment of shock in the Nations League game between the Czech Republic and Portugal!

The five-time Ballon d'Or winner is violently hit with his arm in the face during a fist defense by Czech goalkeeper Tomas Vaclik (33). He raises his arms protectively in front of his face and blocks the ball with his arms – understandable given his facial injury. Still, according to video evidence, there are rightly penalties.

Lucky for CR7 that Patrick Schick (26) miserably missed the subsequent penalty (45 + 6). The Leverkusen striker's shot flies a meter over the goal.

In the second half, Dalot scored 3-0 (52') for Portugal, and Jota made it 4-0 (82') after a header from Ronaldo. After that, there was no more Ronaldo excitement. But there were already enough of them for several games in the first half alone...
