Two counts of rape, three counts of imprisonment and accessory to murder. Heidi Carter (37) has been found guilty by a jury in the US state of Indiana for these six crimes. The verdict was unanimous.
The bloody deed had already occurred on October 19, 2021. At that time, Heidi invited a couple to her home via a dating app. Instead, Carter, Tim Ivy (†) and his unnamed girlfriend had a threesome, drank and took drugs.

During this, Carter's friend Carey Hammond burst in between them - and went completely berserk. The surviving witness testified in court, "He attacked us with a baseball bat." Hammond had repeatedly swung the weapon "like a golf club" and struck.
