In a new Youtube video, Madonna (64) now talks openly, as she rarely has before, about the things close to her heart - and events in her life that she regrets.

Hot stage shows are Madonna's trademark.

In the roughly seven-minute clip titled "Finally Enough Talk: 50 Questions With Madonna," the pop icon promotes her new compilation album "Finally Enough Love: 50 Number Ones." In the video, the singer prances around a rural estate and answers 50 intimate questions from an invisible pursuer. Along the way, Madonna reveals what moves her most besides her musical plans - quite clearly!

For example, when asked what her latest obsession is, Madonna succinctly answers, "Sex."

When the voice behind the camera asks about her biggest vice, Madonna cheekily says, "Sex."

The same answer is given when asked about Madonna's star sign, what motivates her in life and what she believes is the reason for her successful career.

That the singer comes across as almost hyper-sexual also becomes apparent when Madonna feeds carrots to a horse. "Do they remind you of anything?" she asks the video chaser cheekily.

Not so cool finds the chart queen, however, two events from her past. Asked what she regrets, Madonna says: "That I got married. Both times."
