The separation rumors about Emily Ratajkowski (31) and her husband Sebastian Bear-McClard (41) have not wanted to stop for weeks. Now it is sad certainty: the marriage between the actress and the film producer has failed. As "TMZ" reports, SHE filed for divorce from HIM in New York on Thursday after weeks of cheating rumors about her husband.

This love was once: Sebastian is said to have cheated on Emily several times since mid-July rumors of separation have become public.

A few days earlier, Emily confirmed with a video on the social media platform TikTok that she and her husband are separated. In addition, she mentioned that she was recently single and liked several Twitter posts that alluded to the film producer's cheating rumors. Emily also made a virtual break on Instagram: she deleted all the shared love snapshots with Sebastian.

According to TMZ, the online records of the divorce state that it is still "contested." This means that many things must be clarified between the spouses.

What these are and why Emily filed for divorce are not yet known.

However, one thing is clear: Emily was already seen in July moving out of their house together in New York, and their shared love nest in Los Angeles has already been sold.

In May, Emily and Sebastian pushed their son Sylvester Apollo Bear's stroller together through New York.

Therefore, Emily's decision to file for divorce should not have surprised the film producer. For Emily, however, the cheating rumors about her husband were probably wholly unexpected. After all, the two vacationed in Tuscany in June and seemed in love on the first day. But a month later, it was all over.

And while Emily commented on the separation, at least with some TikTok videos, her ex Sebastian did not say a single word about the rumors about his infidelity.
